We loved the T- shirt but needed the print for a cover for my husbands prosthetic leg. He was in an awful accident a year and lost a leg as a result. He is a Beatle Fanatic and we had to put them on his new leg. Thanks for the awesome art and it was the perfect size.

The town changed its name to Independence shortly after the Republic of Texas declared independence from Mexico at nearby Washington-on-the-Brazos on 2 March 1836. Independence emerged as an early center of wealth and influence in Texas leading into the 1850s. The town thrived on the cotton industry and collegiate education. Baylor University (Baylor Male College & Baylor Female College) opened its doors in Independence in 1845. Gen. Sam Houston called Independence home in the 1850s. The fortunes of Independence, however, changed in the aftermath of the Civil War when the railroad bypassed the city. With the town in decline both Baylor University and Baylor Female College relocated by the close of the 1880s-- Baylor University moved to Waco; Baylor Female College settled in Bel...

The mural panel was added to the side of the building, with a bit of space between the two. At some point in time the roof line was extended over the mural, covering the small gap, and encompassing the tree.
Stephen Stookey
Yes, there is a tree growing through the roof.
